6. Returns & Refunds

  • Tea products are non-refundable and non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons
  • Accessories may be returned or exchanged within 14 days if unused, resellable, and in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
