3. Free Shipping

  • We offer free shipping on all orders over €100.
  • Orders below this amount will be shipped using our standard carriers, and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

4. Delivery Times

  • Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
  • Orders within the Netherlands typically arrive within 2–5 business days.
  • EU orders generally arrive within 3–10 business days.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

6. Customs & Import Duties

  • For orders shipped outside the Netherlands, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
  • Hempire Tea is not responsible for delays or extra charges caused by customs.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot ship opened or partially used products.
  • Tea products must remain in original, sealed packaging during shipment.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We carefully package all orders to ensure safe delivery.
  • If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery with photos if damaged.
  • We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
