At Hempire Tea, we prioritise product safety and transparency. Please review our return and refund conditions carefully before placing your order.

Tea Products (Non-Refundable)

For hygiene and food safety reasons, all opened tea products are non-refundable and non-returnable. This applies to all consumable tea items.

Accessories

Accessories (including teaware and non-consumable items) may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused
  • The item is in original condition and packaging
  • The item is resellable

Return Process & Inspection

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected
  • Items that do not meet the return conditions may be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Shipping information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If a shipping address is incomplete or incorrect, HempireTea will attempt to contact the customer. If no response is received within a reasonable timeframe, the order may be shipped to the billing address or the provided address as-is.

HempireTea is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Theft & Misplacement

We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location for all orders.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds (for eligible accessories only) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
